Hero Points pt 2
The number of points you have per day and the way you regain points remain unchanged. The only changes are to what you can do with your points.
|1||After knowing if a d20 roll failed, add a die to your roll.
Levels 1-5: 1d4
Levels 6-12: 1d6
Levels 13+: 2d6 and take the better of the two, if you roll doubles add them together.
You may only use this once a round.
|1||Reroll a d20 before knowing if it is a success or failure|
|2||Maximize damage from a single attack or spell|
|2||After rolling change the showing face to any adjacent face. This doesn’t trigger effects that require a Nat. 20 although it still counts as a potential crit if it hits.|
|1*||Call out a number when you roll a d20. If you roll your number it is considered a 20. This can be done once a combat/scene. You can also call another person’s roll anytime and it will change that roll into a natural 20. Only 1 person can call a roll for another player.|
